– Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging included.

– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return request.
– Refunds will include the full purchase price, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Eligibility for Refund
– Digital products must be returned in their original condition, with all files and documentation intact.
– Refunds will only be issued for digital products that have not been downloaded or used.
- Ineligible for Refund
– Custom or bespoke digital products.
– Digital products that have been downloaded or used.
– Refunds for digital products purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers.
- Processing a Refund
1. Contact us via info@rkprotech.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details.
3. We will respond with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
4. Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned digital product.
- WooCommerce Specific
– Refunds will be processed through WooCommerce’s refund system.
– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used in the WooCommerce checkout process.
- Exceptions
– We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
– We may offer store credit or exchange instead of a refund, at our discretion.
